Petr Lukyanenko
Belarusian artist, painter
Born in 1950.
Graduated from the Belarus State Theater and Art Institute (now the Belarus Academy of Arts), department of theory and history of fine arts.
Works in various genres of easel painting: thematic picture, portrait, landscape, still-life. Creative work of the artist is notable not only for counterpoint of themes and genres, but also for variety of techniques and manners.

Since 1976 paintings have been shown at joint and solo exhibitions in Belarus and foreign countries.
Since mid 70-s till the end of 80-s tha artist gave classes at an art studio.
From mid 80-s till mid 90-s was an author of the TV programme "Artist and Time".
Published articles about contemporary art in magazines and newspapers.
